The following utilities and services are provided to our community.

Trash Collection
You can expect prompt and consistent trash pickup as part of our community’s provided services. Republic Services is the contracted service provider for the city of North Richland Hills. Their contact number is (817) 317-2085. Trash pickup is Mondays and Thursdays. Mondays are recycling day.

Water and Sewer
Water service is provided to our landscaping and outdoor common areas to keep them thriving and to our monument and common area. North Richland Hills Water Department can be reached at (817) 989-9080.

Electricity
We provide electricity for amenities such as the irrigation system. Owners can visit powertochoose.org to select their electrical service provider.

Internet, Telephone & Cable
Several providers in our area offer a variety of options for reliable, high-speed internet, telephone and cable services. We encourage you to evaluate each of these options to find the service that’s right for you.
