The following utilities and services are provided to our community.

Trash Collection

The city of McKinney contracts collection through Frontier Waste Solutions. Collection of trash and Recycle once per week on FRIDAY'S. Questions? Call (469) 444-1555 or email McKinney@FrontierWaste.com.

To keep the community clearn, pease do NOT overfill trash or recycle containers.

Water and Sewer

Water service is provided to our landscaping and outdoor common areas to keep them thriving. McKinney Water Utility Services can be reached at (972) 547-7550.

Electricity

We provide electricity for amenities such as the irrigation system, fountain in the pond, etc. Owners can visit powertochoose.org to select their electrical service provider.

Internet, Telephone & Cable

Several providers in our area offer a variety of options for reliable, high-speed internet, telephone and cable services. We encourage you to evaluate each of these options to find the service that’s right for you.
